- Comment: RC&R told us our roof was totaled. I called my insurance company and they came and told us there was no hail damage! We requested a another look and management denied my second request. RC&R helped us navigate through the final step in the appraisal process. Come to find out our roof was totaled! They paid for the roof and guttering all the way around our house! These guys are the real deal!
